A professional automation utility for Autodesk Revit. RuknExporter replaces the tedious manual process of exporting BIM models by providing an automated pipeline to output Revit project files into NWC (Navisworks) and IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) formats.

Export Run Modes

    Weekly Mode
    Automatically generates only NWC files.

    Monthly Mode
    Generates both NWC and IFC files in a single run.

Targeted 3D View Exporting

    Select specific 3D views
    Instead of exporting the entire model blindly, pick one or more 3D Views from a checklist. Each chosen view is exported as a separate file. (If no views are selected, the tool defaults to exporting the entire model.)

Smart Revit Links Management

    Combines linked geometry directly inside the exported host file.

    Exports the main model and automatically exports each loaded Revit link as its own individual file.

    Introduce a custom pause between consecutive export operations to let Revit release memory and prevent crashes on massive project files.

    Resolves settings from an Export_NWC_setting.xml file (parameters, coordinates, element IDs, room metadata) using dynamic reflection — guaranteeing safety and version compatibility.

    Prompts you to select a list of closed Revit files and processes them in bulk sequentially in the background.

    Opens the unified premium WPF Dashboard to check license statuses, activate keys, and read documentation.
